Hydraulic boom and guided feed
Hydraulic cylinders position the drilling boom and feed beam in front of the crawler chassis. The cylinder-and-chain feed drive moves the drilling assembly along its guide, with 20 kN feed force and 45 kN lifting force.
Side-mounted operating console
The side console groups gauges, switches and manual operating levers. The instruments are positioned above the main lever bank, keeping readings and controls together beside the boom and feed assembly.
DR-110T DTH Drilling Rig with hydraulic positioning
The DR-110T DTH Drilling Rig places the feed beam on a hydraulically positioned boom ahead of the crawler chassis. Hydraulic cylinders adjust the boom and feed assembly, bringing the drilling unit into position while the main body remains on its tracks.
Rotation and guided feed
The rotary drive delivers up to 3,200 N·m of torque with a speed range of 0–120 rpm. A hydraulic cylinder and chain move the drilling assembly along the feed beam. Feed force is 20 kN, and lifting force is 45 kN. The rig uses 76 mm diameter drill pipe in 3,000 mm lengths.
Controls beside the drilling assembly
The side control station groups circular gauges, switches and manual levers in one operating area. The gauge panel sits above the lever bank, and the boom and feed beam remain beside the operator's position. Separate control levers extend from the side of the chassis.
Crawler movement
The steel crawler undercarriage carries the rig between drilling positions. Travel speed is 3 km/h, with a climbing angle of 25°. The chassis supports the boom, power unit and operating station as one mobile drilling machine.
