DR-800P Solar Pile Driver
Pile length 6 m · Engine 85 kW · Frame rotation 360°
The DR-800P Solar Pile Driver uses a model 100 hydraulic impact hammer for piles up to 6 m long. Its crawler-mounted chassis carries an 85 kW engine and a rotating upper frame.

Hydraulic hammer and guide mast
The model 100 hydraulic impact hammer is mounted on a sliding carriage along the mast. The guide supports the hammer carriage above the pile. Hydraulic hoses connect to the hammer above its mounting frame.
Mast positioning and frame rotation
A hydraulic cylinder connects the mast support to the upper frame. The mast can be raised upright or lowered into inclined and horizontal positions. The upper frame rotates through 360° above the crawler chassis.
Side-mounted operator station
Manual control levers are grouped on an angled panel beside the operator seat. The key switch, fuel gauge and hydraulic pressure gauges sit above the lever banks, bringing controls and instrument readings together at the operating position.
DR-800P Solar Pile Driver: hammer and mast
The DR-800P Solar Pile Driver is configured for hydraulic impact pile driving in photovoltaic foundation work. The hammer travels along a guide mast, while the upper frame rotates to position the mast around the crawler chassis.
