Hydraulic head with guided feed
The hydraulic rotary head combines two mechanical speed ranges with stepless speed adjustment. A cylinder-and-chain feed system moves the head along the mast, with 360 kN pull-up force and 180 kN feed force.
Console gauges and manual controls
Circular gauges are positioned above labelled groups of manual levers. Switches and controls share the side-mounted operating station, where the operator can read instruments and operate the feed and drilling controls.
Hydraulic winch assembly
The winch drum is driven by a hydraulic motor mounted alongside it. The drum, drive and connected hoses are grouped on the chassis beside the operating area.
DR-200X Core Drilling Rig with hydraulic feed
The DR-200X Core Drilling Rig brings the hydraulic rotary head, mast feed system and crawler undercarriage together for geological coring. The power head uses two mechanical speed ranges with stepless hydraulic speed adjustment. Maximum torque is 2,600 N·m.
Drilling capacity and feed movement
Drill-string capacities are BTW 1,200 m, NTW 1,000 m and HTW 800 m. Depth figures apply to the named drill-string specifications. A hydraulic cylinder and chain drive move the head along its mast guides. Feed stroke is 3,500 mm, pull-up force is 360 kN and feed force is 180 kN.
Mast positioning and hose guidance
Hydraulic cylinders raise and lower the mast, with a drilling-angle range of 45–90°. Mast sliding travel is 1,200 mm. The rotary-head assembly has a lateral shifting mechanism. An articulated carrier guides the hydraulic hoses beside the mast as the head moves.
Operating station and winch
The side console groups circular gauges, switches and manual levers above the operating platform. Controls are labelled at the panel. The chassis-mounted hydraulic winch combines a drum, drive motor and hose connections in one assembly.
Crawler chassis and power
The engine is rated at 129 kW at 2,200 rpm. Hydraulic cooling combines air and water cooling. Steel crawler tracks carry the machine, while stabilizer legs support the frame during setup. Travel speed is 2–3 km/h, and the climbing angle is 25°.
