Hydraulic impact hammer and guide mast
The hydraulic impact hammer sits on a carriage along the mast. The guide rails support the carriage, while a chain runs inside the mast channel. Flexible hydraulic hoses follow the hammer assembly along the frame.
Hydraulic mast positioning
Hydraulic cylinders connect the mast support and pivoting frame. The mast can be lowered horizontally over the chassis or raised into an inclined position. The rotating upper frame provides 360° rotation.
Manual control station
The manual control station groups the operating levers beside a sloped instrument panel. The lever bank is positioned next to the operator’s seat, alongside the mast support.
DR-400P Solar Pile Driver: hydraulic pile installation
The DR-400P Solar Pile Driver combines a crawler chassis, rotating upper frame and guide mast for photovoltaic pile installation. Its hydraulic impact hammer is mounted on a sliding carriage, with hydraulic hoses running between the hammer and machine.
Pile length and machine layout
The maximum pile length is 5 m. The machine weighs 7,700 kg, and its upper frame rotates through 360°. The engine enclosure and operator station sit above the crawler undercarriage.
