DR-500B pressure gauge above the vertical air chamber and external fluid connections

Pressure gauge and air chamber

A circular gauge is mounted above the vertical air chamber, keeping the pressure display visible above the pump body. External fluid connections sit alongside the chamber.

Three-cylinder fluid end

Three individually bolted front covers form the fluid end of the horizontal triplex pump. A threaded fluid connection extends from the side of the assembly.

DR-500B Mud Pump for drilling-fluid circulation

The DR-500B Mud Pump delivers flushing fluid into geological core boreholes. Its horizontal, three-cylinder design uses single-acting pistons, a 95 mm cylinder bore and a 100 mm stroke. The rated drive power is 22 kW.

Four matched flow and pressure settings

The gear selection changes delivery and rated discharge pressure together:

  • 450 L/min at 2 MPa — 223 strokes/min
  • 340 L/min at 3 MPa — 168 strokes/min
  • 240 L/min at 4 MPa — 112 strokes/min
  • 172 L/min at 5 MPa — 86 strokes/min

The highest-flow setting supplies 450 L/min at 2 MPa. The highest-pressure setting delivers 172 L/min at 5 MPa.

Pressure indication and fluid connections

A circular pressure gauge stands above the vertical air chamber. This position keeps the gauge visible above the pump body. External fluid connections are grouped beside the chamber.

Three-cylinder pump assembly

The fluid end has three individually bolted front covers. The transmission housing sits behind the fluid end, with the large drive wheel positioned at the rear of the pump.

Drilling and grouting applications

The pump supplies drilling-fluid circulation for geological core drilling. Its four flow and pressure settings also support soft-foundation grouting and liquid-transfer work.
