Hydraulic rotary head and mast guides
The rotary head delivers 5,000 N·m maximum torque and travels through a 3,500 mm feed stroke. Mast guides support its movement, while hydraulic lines connect directly to the head beside the feed assembly.
Gauges and controls at one station
The side console groups gauges, switches and manual levers at the operating platform. Instrument readings and labelled controls are within the same working area beside the crawler chassis.
Integrated hydraulic winch
The hydraulic winch combines the drum and drive motor on a frame above the chassis. The hose connections and drum are accessible together, with the winch positioned beside the rig's main operating equipment.
DR-2000X Core Drilling Rig for geological coring
The DR-2000X Core Drilling Rig combines a mast-mounted hydraulic rotary head, crawler chassis and integrated operating console. The head travels along the mast guides, with hydraulic hoses carried beside the feed assembly. Maximum torque is 5,000 N·m.
Drilling capacity and head travel
Drill-string capacities are BTW 2,200 m, NTW 2,000 m and HTW 1,800 m. Depth figures apply to the named drill-string specifications. The head has a 3,500 mm feed stroke, 600 kN pull-up force and 300 kN feed force. Mast sliding travel is 1,200 mm, and the drilling angle range is 45–90°.
Controls within one operating station
The side console brings circular gauges, switches and groups of manual levers together. The operator can read the instruments and use the controls from the platform beside the crawler track. Operating labels remain next to the corresponding controls.
Hydraulic winch and hose management
A hydraulic motor drives the chassis-mounted winch drum. The drum, motor and hydraulic connections sit together on an elevated frame. Along the mast, an articulated hose carrier follows the rotary-head assembly and guides the connected lines.
Crawler chassis and transport
The mast folds along the chassis for transport. The rig has steel crawler tracks and stabilizer legs around the frame. Transport dimensions are 6,100 × 2,200 × 2,500 mm, with a machine weight of 12,000 kg. Travel speed is 2–3 km/h, and the climbing angle is 25°.
